Crunchy, with just right amount of cheese.
If you did not already, you may begin loving vegetables.
Vegetarian Vegetable Pizza Bagels
1 sprout bagel, sliced and lightly toasted
Set oven to 375 degrees
Grate 1 medium zucchini on a cheese grater, and heat in the oven with 1 tsp of olive oil and 1 small garlic clove, chopped, or minced
Remove the zucchini from the oven after 5 minutes, and spread on top of toasted bagel along with:
1/2 cup fresh red pepper, chopped
Place back in oven for 5 minutes.
Remove and top with 1/4 cup Goat Jack Cheddar Cheese (I used Shiloh Farms)
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Serve warm.
For those of you that follow combining, this is not a perfect combination. As far as health is concerned, this pizza bagel, knocks the “original pizza bagels,” out of the the water. Great for kids. Fun and easy to make.




I love pizza bagels and I prefer making them from scratch for my kids…I don’t get the ones in the freezer section. Really, they are so easy to make and they are so much better for you when you make them yourself!
