Which milk do you recommend to my 12mth old infant? I nurse her with mother’s milk until now.
Hi Lauren!!!! Just found your Diary. Love it!!! What led me here is your mention of using a plant-based magnesium supplement or at least as a part treatment for a hang-over. Though I am more interested in the broader nutritional side, to such. I have been looking for little while but with not much success in finding an authentic plant-based magnesium supplement. Thus, my question: can you please direct where to find and purchase, this supplement? XO Steve
I recently read an article you wrote about digestion. You had mentioned that most fruit does not take very long to digest and that foods such as sandwiches and protein bars can take up to 8 hours to digest depending on the stomach. I’m very much into fitness and bodybuilding I constantly find myself at the gym still feeling full or bloated. Do you have any suggestions on a “pre workout” meal that would give me quick, sustainable energy and digest quickly?
